EXCLUSIONS

• All Materials are charged separately
• Roller flyscreens (upon quotation)
• Aluminum door/ window fixing
• Sliding door Glass work
• New fixing of Gazebo, Glass work, cabinets etc. (upon quotation)
• Painting of whole walls
